We offer two shipping options that are related to the payment mode that you are choosing for your order.
You can choose the Cash On Delivery mode if you want to pay directly to the courier when you receive the goods. This service costs 17.00 Euro ( including VAT ).
If you want to pay by Bank Transfer, you can choose the standard shipping mode.
Its price is 12.00 Euro ( including VAT ).

Every order with Cash On Delivery payment mode is shipped the same day, if the order is made before 12 AM.
If later, the order will be shipped next working day and will be delivered within 24 / 48 hours. The orders with the Bank Transfer payment mode will be shipped when money are effectively on our bank account. If you send us an e-mail or a fax with the receipt of the payment it will help us to find the payment and to prepare your order faster. If a payment arrives before 12 AM, goods will be shipped same day and delivered within 24 / 48 hours. For payments arrived after 12 AM, the shipping will be next working day.

Is Customers' interest to give us the right address with more details possible, to help the courier to deliver easily. In case the courier comes when nobody is present at the address, they will return 3 times to try to deliver again. If after 3 attemps the courier is unable to deliver, the goods will be returned to us and we will ask the customer to pay the shipping cost, if the shipping was Cash On Delivery. If prepaid goods are returned, we will refund only the goods amount, or will require the payment of a new shipping to re-send the goods. When an order is shipped, we provide a tracking number to check the shipping status, so we ask every buyer to cooperate with us checking it to avoid delays and other problems. It's not possible to open the boxes before accepting the goods.

RETURNS
When you receive your order and something isn' t right, just contact us and we will help you or will arrange for a return and refund if goods are damaged or not the same that you ordered.
If a Customer makes a mistake when submitting an order, we allow returns and refunds, but at the following conditions :

Communication of the will to return the goods must be done within 7 days from the receiving.
The items and the packets must be intact.
The Customer pays and provide himself for the return shipping.
We will refund the amount of returned items only after we have checked their conditions.

By submitting an order these conditions are automatically considered read and accepted.
